Keeping a huge airport moving is a huge challenge, and our operatives in our Control Room play a vital role in doing just that. Join the team, and you’ll manage the entry and exit barriers to our car parks remotely via an extensive network of CCTV and intercom systems, while making sure log entries, maintenance schedules, data analysis and other admin issues are always up to date.
It’s also about interacting with passengers, and you’ll spend some of your time helping them with queries and ensuring they get the best possible experience while using our airport.
That means a commitment to customer service is essential, and you’ll be the kind of person who can bring great organisational, analytical and computer skills to the team.
