Meet and Greet is our premium car parking product – powered by a large team who use a combination of keen customer focus and safe and confident driving skills to deliver a service that our passengers love.
As part of the team, you’ll meet passengers, walk them through the booking in process, and take care of all security and administration activities, including handing cars back when customers return.
If you’re assigned to driver duties, you’ll be responsible for moving customers’ cars to and from our secure parking locations for safe storage whilst they're away.
Most importantly, it’s all about making sure customers have a lasting impression of the service. That means you’ll need great customer service skills, a full driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points, and at least 3 years’ driving experience. You’ll also need good administration and computer skills, although we do have driving only roles if you think that would better suit your skills.
