Our passengers wouldn’t get far without trolleys to help them move their luggage, and as a Trolley Operative, you’ll be responsible for making sure there’s a trolley available whenever – and wherever – anyone needs one.
It’s about collecting and redistributing trolleys, sometimes manually, sometimes with a specialist vehicle, across the whole airport, from bus and rail stations, to car parks, to hotels.
There’s lots of customer contact too, as our passengers often have questions – and need directions.
To join our team of Trolley Operatives, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to customer service, and hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
"The training and development, with the support available to me, has been second to none."
