If you see a job that looks right for you, we’ll ask you to either submit your cv or complete an application form.
We might also ask you some questions that will help us gauge your experience and ensure you are a right fit for us. For most of our roles you’ll also need a clear criminal records check
We may invite you for an interview or Assessment Centre. This will be either an informal discussion over the phone to review your skills and experience, or a formal first stage interview/assessment.
Formal interviews will cover your past experiences and roles, together with your reasons for leaving. We’ll also ask you about your skills and behaviours so you should come prepared with real life examples that follow the STAR technique - what was the Situation or Task, what was the Action that you took, what was the Result.
Getting the right people for our organisation is critical, so depending on the role, we might also ask you to take part in some assessments (ability tests such as numerical and verbal, or personality assessments to review your cultural fit and aspirations), a role play or prepare a presentation.
Whatever the assessment for the role we’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect before you arrive.
For our more senior positions we are likely to ask you to attend a second interview, and we’ll use this opportunity to find out more about your experience and whether you’d be a good fit for our business.
Finally, we’ll get a job offer out to you that outlines the role and salary & benefits information.
However, if you don’t receive an offer after interview, we will give you plenty of constructive feedback which will help you in your ongoing job search.
