All our Landside Operations roles work on a shift pattern so that we can keep our business running 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
What’s more, many of our roles offer ‘annualised contracts’ with working hours starting at 21 hours per week. That means your salary will be based around a 21 hour per week, but in peak times you might work more than that each week. Then, when we’re off peak, you could work less than your contracted hours meaning you’d have additional time off without it affecting your salary.
